Sam Conway of Architek Design & Planning was my perfect “go to” guy when it came to planning permission on 2 seperate occasions for residential caravans in my daughter’s rear garden. I would just like to recommend Sam for the work he does. Speaking for myself and other consultants in the practice who have worked with him, we have found he has an excellent ability to design successful schemes that pleases both the client, and council, a rare combination with architects! He is also very creative in his designs and has worked well with us on various sites to solve constraints, whether it be an extension to a house or a much larger housing or commercial developments, successfully managing the project through from inception to completion. Overall I have found Sam to be professional and pleasant to work with, and happy to recommend him to our clients.

Very professional service. Sam listened to my ideas and sent several different idea plans.
He ensured that build went smoothly and sorted out problems regarding planning permission with the the builder who mistakenly built extension out of line with plans and had to seek planning permission again.

Architek Design & Planning has done a good job for my Planning Permission application. It was done in a very professional manner and the whole application was completed within 2 months.
