Architek Design & Planning Ltd is an architectural & urban design consultancy set up in 2008 to provide creative and innovative design and planning solutions.

The company was founded by Sam Conway, who with over 20 years of experience of working for both local authority and private practice architects, as well as working for large residential volume house builders, can provide all services associated with residential development.

Sam Conway continues to this day providing a Director led service with a team of highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated architectural designers, technicians, illustrators and town planners who all contribute towards the delivery of commercially successful developments.

We specialise in residential design working on projects across the country from bespoke house extensions, loft conversions and barn conversions to bespoke new build house designs and also large scale residential projects from flatted to housing schemes for both regional property developers and national volume house builders.
